This 16.2hh liver
chestnut is an outstanding producer of young horses.
Carnaval Drum is fully approved AES (Elite) with nine inches bone, graded BWBS,
by Marinier x Polyantha x African Drum.
His impressive showjumping career, excellent temperament and athletic ability,
all go towards his outstanding reputation as a top-level competition horse.
Qualifying for the Horse of the Year Show, the Royal International and winning
numerous open classes are just some of his major achievements.
Carnaval Drum produced the first ever British-bred World Champion, Carnavelly,
whose outstanding performance ensure he is the only horse ever to have won the
German Classic at Bremen and the Berlin Grand Prix in the 1998. In 2001 his
achievements continued by winning the Hickstead Derby Trial, and at Olympia,
winning the World Cup Qualifier, showing his world-class ability.
The 1999 Festival of Showjumping saw Carnaval Drum's progeny become the highest
placed, British-bred 5, 6 and year olds in their age classes.
For the past 3 years, Carnaval Drum has won the British Horse Foundation Leading
Producer of Young Horses award (by annual progeny winnings), making him one of
the best sires who is PROVEN to produce a high percentage of winning Showjumpers,
dressage, event and top show horses.
Carnaval Drum is also registered with the British Warmblood Society and with the
Irish Horse Board
